MS3 are REQUIRED to go online and complete the Surgical Skills Tests 1-3. Online testing MUST be complete before Dec 20th at 12:00 PM. 

Students need to use the buttons at the bottom to advance from one question to the next.  More importantly, need to use Internet Explorer 4 or above for browser. Your username and password are the same for DXR. (If you don't remember, please go to http://www.uasom.uab.edu/students/selfservice/mygrades.htm

MS3 are REQUIRED to go online and complete the STD Post-test . Online testing will be available beginning Nov 23rd  at 8:00 AM and MUST be complete before Dec 6th at 12:00 PM.

Students are REQUIRED to print out the Mid-Clerkship evaluation form , have resident or attending to complete and sign. Deadline is Monday November 30, 2009 at 12:00 noon. Must bring to the clerkship office at NHB H206 (can leave in drop box outside office if door is locked).  Or you may leave inside the sign-in sheet folder at lectures.

Reminder:  If you are going to miss clinic or going to be out, whether you are sick or for any other reason, it is your responsibility each day that you are out to contact Christy Willis at 4-8865 as well as the residents, attendings and/or clinical staff that you will be working with.  All clinical contact information is on the website for your convenience.  If you are out for more than 2 days you will need to bring a Doctor's excuse.

Episiotomy Kit: Please keep up with the contents within the Episiotomy Kit. (Including wheel) You will be returning the kit at the end of the rotation on the day of your FINAL EXAM. Thank you.
